When applying under the Federal Skilled Worker Category for Permanent Residence, at times the Skilled Worker will require Arranged Employment in Canada in order to qualify. The reason may be because of insufficiency of points or not qualifying under one of the Occupations in Demand. There are several requirements that both the position offer and the employer have to meet. First, the position must be under National Occupation Classification  0, A, or B.
